EULA

End-user license agreement for the myGesa app — available in seven languages as PDF.

What is the EULA?

The End-User License Agreement (EULA) describes the terms under which you may use the myGesa app. You'll see the EULA again when installing the app — but you can review it here in advance before accepting.

We provide the EULA in seven languages: German, English, Arabic, Polish, Russian, Turkish and Ukrainian. The legally binding version is the German one; all other languages are non-binding reading aids.

As of May 2026
Note on legal binding: The German version of the EULA is the legally binding original. Translations into other languages are provided solely for your information and easier reading. In case of discrepancies or interpretation questions, the German version always prevails. We're happy to answer questions about the EULA via the contact form.
